Robert Drolet earned a BA in electrical engineering, specializing in automation, from École Polytechnique de Montréal.

For more than 15 years, he has worked in the field of automation related to equipment used in the pulp and paper industry, and certification of automated control software for generator turbine units in state-owned hydroelectric dams in Quebec and Brazil.

Over the past 15 years, he has complemented the work of patent agents, including as technical patent advisor to inventors, patent search, and patent designs.
